We’re so excited to get your Mahj Momma order headed your way. Shipping times depend on the type of item you purchase. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us at support@mahjmomma.com and we will try to get back to you the same day!

Mahjong Tiles

Mahjong tiles are typically delivered within 3 business days.

Custom Printed Accessories

All other custom printed accessories are made just for you and typically take 8–12 business days to arrive.

Because these items are custom printed, production and delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.

Returns and Exchanges (see return policy for more)

We want you to love your Mahj Momma order. If something is not quite right, we offer free returns or exchanges for U.S. customers within 14 days of delivery.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes both mahjong tiles and custom printed accessories, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
