Mahj Momma Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mahj Momma order. If something is not quite right, we offer free returns or exchanges for U.S. customers within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging when possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
